The Fall of Our World

Have you ever considered the fall of your own world?  My trilogy, The Chosen One of Allivar, is such a story.  Because I drafted the premise as a mythology, it had to have the basic  elements of a mythology which are:

  1. The creation story,
  2. The development of mortal thought and morality,
  3. The interaction of mortals with immortals, and
  4. The end of times.

For almost a year now I have been self promoting my three self-published books. Yet to my dismay, it is not receiving much attention.  I spent ten years in the thought process of this trilogy that totals over 270,000 words.  Those that have read it have found some grammatical and sentence errors, which I attribute to the self-publishing and editing process.  Too many hands in the process can lead to errors, yet, those that have read them state it still does not distract from the final outcome of the story, which is that it is a good thought provoking, entertaining  and emotional story.  To accomplish my objectives, I wanted the reader to focus on the following traits of mortality and morality:

  1. Life and death
  2. Family and love
  3. The senseless division by race
  4. The futility of war
  5. Our own mortal flaws
  6. Faith in an unseen creator

Above all love, faith and family are the central themes.  The comment below on love below began it all:

Love is also said to be a virtue representing all of human kindness, compassion, and affection —”the unselfish loyal and benevolent concern for the good of another.”

Now family to me has a different meaning and in my stories. Family is represented by the entire human family.  This means the inclusion of all races and love, as defined above, reconciles any all differences.  Allivar means “The One Family.”

Finally, the story revolves around the issue of faith in something greater than any of us.  What would you do with your very last breath, would you sacrifice all that you believe to surrender your faith?  Evil certainly hopes that you will.  In this mythology mortal and ethereal forces are at work to destroy all, to bring the fall of the ten heavenly worlds created by the Unseen.  It is on the last world of Allivar that the final stand for love, family and faith are to take place.  Here I have attempted to create the largest battle scene ever written.  As one reader described it, an emotional roller coaster.

If these universal themes appeal to you and you are ready for a challenging and thought provoking read, then you owe it to yourself to read this trilogy. I have written them as such to tear at your deepest emotions. Upon completion you just might see some parallels to the world in which we live in and how precious it is to take a stand. And if you do take that chance, your review and rating will go along way hoping others will take a stance to prevent the fall of this blue ball we call earth.
