I often refer to Monty Python as the corruptible influence to my offbeat humor.\u00a0 Their influence arrived in my early teens and left around mid-college.\u00a0 At age 53,\u00a0 I’ve devoted 31 years to a buttoned down professional career as a CPA.\u00a0 In those 31 years there was very little time for humor.\u00a0 Career, studying for exams and continuing education, client meetings, preparing tax returns and financial plans, raising children, college debt, on and on and on.\u00a0 You get the point, your humor takes a back seat to being an “adult.”\u00a0 Well deep down inside my inner child has been wanting to escape.\u00a0 Soon I’ll be a grandfather and I can act as silly as I want to be. For a short period of time, my grandchild will love my one man silly act of “Monty Hamlet.”<\/p>\n
When no one is watching I’ll talk like a silly kniggit.
